At Dotdotdot, I contributed to concept, visual design and development for M9, a multimedia museum celebrating 20th-century Italian pop culture. I developed three key installations:
Designed and developed (using vvvv) an interface synchronizing a PVC-printed newspaper on a roller structure with digital content on an overhead screen, enabled by a custom rotary encoder (developed by Nicola Ariutti).

Created an interactive timeline comparing Italian university evolution with global trends, featuring RAI archive footage and statistical data. Designed a capacitive touch slider allowing visitors to navigate historical moments through video and data visualization.

Co-designed a 360° projection room with white bas-reliefs representing major 20th-century Italian religions. Implemented proximity sensors triggering projections mapping and video content when visitors approach symbols.
Led UX design, supervised software development (by Nicolò Cervello), created 3D models, and managed CNC fabrication.

To create millable 3D bas-reliefs models — I solved by creating displacement maps and converting them into 3D models using Blender.

One prototype was tested in the lab to perfect the projection effects before full production.
